Notice to Express Scripts Members

Please be informed that a vendor utilized by Express Scripts has experienced a cybersecurity incident and you may be impacted.

Berkeley Research Group, LLC (BRG) supports standard management and administrative activities of Express Scripts in operating its business.

BRG has reported that they were the victim of a cyber incident that occurred in 2025. Because of the relationship with BRG, some Express Script members were impacted by the incident.

At this point in time, BRG states that it is not aware of actual or attempted misuse of the personal information.

BRG will be mailing letters to impacted members. The member notification letter includes information on credit monitoring and steps members can take to help protect their information. Please do not discard this letter and instead, read it thoroughly and don’t hesitate to reach out to BRG with any questions.
