Muscle Mastery: Decoding Ageless Strength
As we age, there is often a prevailing belief that muscle strength inevitably declines, leading to decreased mobility and independence. However, this informative and experiential session will challenge such myths and provide evidence-based strategies to combat age-related declines in muscle mass and function.
Paige Kinucan is a Wellness Program Manager with the Solutions Group who has spent nearly 15 years immersed in corporate wellness. With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine, Paige’s passion has expanded from sharing the fundamentals of well-being to conveying the importance of building authentic relationships and fostering social connection in the modern world. What lights her up are shared stories over coffee, road cycling on a beautiful New Mexico day, and traveling, no matter the destination!
